New Internet Banking Site

 Heritage Bank is very excited to announce our new Online Internet Banking Product.  We hope that you will enjoy the new look and feel of the new Internet Banking Product.  Some of the new features are:  

• Redesigned Balance, Account History and Transaction Activity pages
• New option to add a “memo” to transfers between accounts that will print on your bank statement.
• New Customer Alert Features 
• New Security features for Business Applications
• Cut-off times for Bill pay and Businesses ACH transactions will be extended to 4:30 instead of 3:15.
• Any transfers between accounts can be done up until 6:00 p.m. and still post on that days business.    

The first time you login to the site, you will be prompted to authenticate your Heritage Bank online security features.  Customers will need to log on and enter their login and password. Then the passmark picture and passphrase will appear and the system will ask you to pick a passmark and passphrase; however you can submit to keep what you currently have or choose to change it.  Next your three security questions appear with the answers and you are asked to pick three questions and answers. Again, you can choose to keep the current questions and answers.  Finally, you will be asked to change your password. It now must be alphanumeric with one special character and be at least 6 digits long. When you get to this point you will enter your old password first and then your new one twice. A General Disclaimer will then come up and you will need to check accept if you agree to the terms and then submit.
