Getting Started

The first time that you use the Telephone Banking system, you’ll need the following information handy:

• Your social security number
• Your account number
• A 4-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) that you will be able to remember.

By following the simple prompts provided, you will enroll in the Telephone Banking system. Each time you call thereafter, you’ll just be asked to enter your account number and your PIN for security reasons.
