Primary Responsibilities and Duties include:

  • Reconcile accounts;
  • Account receivable postings;
  • Account payable postings;
  • Print and mail notices and statements;
  • Scan documents for paperless document retention;
  • Assist in projects as assigned.

Trust Department –  Administration Assistant – Full-time – Seeking an individual to assist established Trust Officers with account administration.  

Primary Responsibilities and Duties include:

  • Assist Trust Officers in administering personal trusts and investment management accounts.  For example, does the Trust officer need to be advised that:
    • There is excess cash to invest from a maturity or a deposit?
    • The Trust officer is due to contact the client??
    • Insurance coverage is due to be reviewed?
  • Assist with internal review of customer accounts to ensure proper administration;
  • Prepare review documents for trust committee meetings;
  • Prepare minutes of trust committee meetings;
  • Assist with trust operations, including:
    • Examining invoices and prepare or sign checks and wire transfers;
    • Assisting in paperless document retention;
    • Assisting with daily reconciliations as needed;
    • Reviewing daily reports for dual control purposes.
  • Special projects as assigned by a Trust Officer.

Required skills include an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree and three to five years of work experience.  Our ideal candidate will be detail oriented with strong organizational skills, time management skills, communication skills, the ability to work in a team setting, and the ability to adapt and be flexible.
