Executive Assistant – This is a support role within the lending and management departments. Employees in this position excel in attention to detail and customer service. This is a full-time position Monday – Friday with the full Heritage Bank employee benefit package. This is an entry level position which provides the foundation of a career in banking.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting in loan document preparation.
- Scanning and tabbing of loan files.
- Loan underwriting detail.
- CRM software organization.
- CRM software note entry.
- Organizing calendar and schedule.
- Pull Credit Reports and Lien searches.
- Assist in Customer Relations, fielding customer calls and inquiries.
- Help with loan closings when necessary.
- Follow up on OD accounts.
- Project a professional image and appearance, as well as maintain a positive attitude towards the bank and its customers.
- Assume additional responsibilities as requested by management.
QUALIFICATIONS: Equivalent to a high school education minimum. At least 2 years of equivalent work experience preferred. Attention to detail. Math aptitude. Verbal and written communication. Working knowledge of computers. Ability to interact effectively with other bank personnel, management, co-workers and customers. Ability to work with little or no supervision. Coordinate multiple tasks and organize projects. Sound judgment, courtesy, tact and diplomacy. Ability to deliver unmatched customer service. This position cannot be done remotely.
