Trust Operations 

Our growing Trust Department is seeking a motivated team player.  Our ideal candidate is detail oriented and has familiarity with accounting or bookkeeping functions and computers.  We will consider both part time and full time applicants.

Primary duties include:

  • Reconcile balances with asset custodians daily
  • Post transactions to accounting software
  • Print and mail notices and statements
  • Maintain customer files
  • Assist in projects as assigned

Required skills include:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of work experience
  • Knowledge of account and investment helpful but not essential

Loan Administrator – Full-time position M-F. Perform various duties and support for the generation and processing of loans. Provide support and perform administrative, clerical and secretarial service to management and relationship managers.  Responsibilities include:

  1. Scan credit files and assure all documents and information is scanned properly.
  2. Obtain credit reports and lien searches as requested by Relationship Managers.
  3. Complete loan input from loan documents and loan input forms provided by the relationship managers.
  4. Complete and maintain a loan exceptions list for Agricultural, Commercial, all Real Estate, and Consumer loans from the Credit Administration Sheets completed by the Relationship Managers.
  5. File titles, deeds of trust, and other collateral hold documents.
  6. File financing statements, effective financing statements, continuations, and terminations.
  7. Maintain a ledger to assure that no financing statement lapses.
  8. Determine the loans that are paid off.  Release collateral by preparing and filing terminations of financing statements, deeds of reconveyance, and release of liens on titles.
  9. Remove the copy of the paid note and related documents from the credit file.
  10. Complete advances, payments, or other transactions on loans.
  11. Manage tax and insurance escrow accounts for real estate loans.
  12. Assist the Relationship Managers in making contact to the borrowers and others to satisfy the loan documentation exceptions.
  13. Assure that loan transactions are on the data processing system correctly.
  14. Assist in customer relations.
  15. Assume additional responsibilities as requested by management.
  16. Be willing to work as a team, be flexible, not afraid to ask questions and be open to working on bank activities.

Property/Casualty Insurance CSR -Full-time

Heritage Insurance is seeking a self-motivated, positive, client-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team.  CSR will assist in production of new accounts and servicing of existing clients needs.  Ability to multi-task and deliver timely, accurate service is essential while maintaining quality working relationships with team.  Day-to-day duties include quoting, completion of applications, renewal processing, certificates and policy changes in response to clients needs.  Strong communication skills and prior customer service experience a must, as CSR will enjoy direct client interaction.  Opportunity to work with both personal and commercial lines ensures good variety of duties.
