Administrative Assistant-Full-time
Seeking an individual to assist with operations and accounting tasks.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties include:
- Reconcile accounts;
- Account receivable postings;
- Account payable postings;
- Print and mail notices and statements;
- Process ACH files, wires and checks while functioning within a team under a dual controlled environment;
- Assist with committee and board reporting;
- Assist in projects as assigned.
Required skills include an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree and three to five years of work experience. Our ideal candidate will be detail oriented with strong organizational skills, time management skills, communication skills, the ability to work in a team setting, and the ability to adapt and be flexible.
